Try giving her another AP ratio. Like, on her spellshield's mana restore, on her passive's MS amp, or maybe even her ultimate active.

The AP ratio on her Boomerang Blade is pretty lonely, and she wouldn't need much more than some extra utility to bring her back into full viability.

Well they couldn't put it on her ult cause then lcs would abuse the crap out of it

How? It's not like they'll build full AP Sivir for the sake of her ult.
