Increase RoA cost by 200g and add 1% CDR per stack adding up to 10% CDR

I was going to say, I hate CDR excess everywhere (especially with it now converting to AP).

But this is an interesting idea to have competition for Morello.

roa is already way too expensive and requires to be build as a first item if you want a viable roa..... and morello is different from roa O.o roa is mainly for champions like vladimir or karma. morello also has higher stats.

I do agree that it's stupid morelo is a first buy item for so many champions. I don't think any item with grievous wounds should be core on so many champions, items with grievous wounds should mostly be situational imo.
