Will the new keystone start an anti tank meta.

So the new keystone is basically 20% true damage for 4 seconds and if melee, you refresh it every time you deal damage. Tryndamere MasterYi FioraIrelia Gangplank Will be good with it but and will shred more tanks and I'm currious aboutShyvana Jax Nasus Garen Nocturne . but that's besides the point. I feel like tank shredders and melee crit will be good. Anyways will we have a tank shredder meta when this keystone goes live?

You cqnt have an anti-tank meta if its not a tank meta

I'm just waiting for the patch where I find a tank jungler at 10% health in the early game who doesn't kill me from 90% health in 1.5 seconds then spam his mastery emote.
