Are people really bothered by this?

I played a lot of Sivir, then went to Ashe for a game, noticed "Wow that attack-range is longer." Then it stopped mattering a few seconds later

The only champ with a really abuseable range in the laning phase is Caitlyn, but I don't see anyone complaining about Caitlyn.
