Balance issues would be resolved if Riot just disabled certain champs from LCS play

For the rest of us who want to play champs like Gnar, Azir, Sejuani, Rek'sai (who?) and others, we are held hostage to having crappy stats on these champions because they are either too strong in pro play (Azir) or Riot doesn't want them to appear in pro play (Sejuani). The answer to this would simply be to have the pros be able to pick from a smaller champion pool that the game provides. This way, Riot doesn't have to worry about somebody picking Nautilus and we don't have to struggle to compete with some of our favorite champions in regular games.
