It isn't even an issue with assassins.

ADC's are building it, juggernauts are building it, divers are building it, skirmishers are building it.

Hell tanks and mages could build lethality and likely perform better. Lethality is ruling the meta and dictates who wins and who loses. If you don't have more/any lethality compared to the enemy..... you lose

i agree, it was made this way so assassins can keep up late game, its too good for everyone though.

I built lethality on velkoz and 3 shot a miss fortune.

As in, 3 autos, no spells
