give me one good reason death's dance shouldn't be removed
every champion that builds it is problematic with it
the game was ok before we added this item and noone even built it until the passive was increased to 30%

Graves always uses it, as well as Riven. Its a great Item when you gotta go balls deep and solo carry a game. And yeah the lifesteal is a bit OP it'll get nerfed like BoTRK did a few patches ago. Just relax. If the game was great before the item was added then you have two choices.
#1 Deal with it until the nerfs
#2 Stop playing League

I'm not sure what you're complaining about. Death's Dance is the best way for a squishy ADC or assassin to avoid being deleted by a 3-hit combo. In my opinion, it's a fair balance to keep champions with high burst damage from being too overpowered and dominating a match single-handedly.
Also, see how well any champion can heal through burst damage when they have grievous wounds inflicted on them. Oh, wait... they can't. I'd be willing to bet you don't even know what 
is or when you should rush it early game.
Here's a few hints:
Converting damage taken to a delayed dot on a champion that has an AD-scaling shield on a low CD, yeah sounds like a pretty good item there.
Just a little interesting detail also... even with the buffs it is build less often on Graves now, much less often than last year.
I'll get back to you when I think of one...

I feel it should either be half the duration or half the percentage if on range
because rito said so.
I know it really needs a buff :D /s
