I personally think that juggernaughts are balanced

Even if they have ridiculously stupid high damage. Why is that? Because when mobility has so escalated, the only way to make immobile kiteable champions viable without changing their identity is well... to break them. Make them have over the top damage, destroy everything that comes in their range. If mobility wasn't so strong and tankiness weak lategame, maybe we could have made juggernaughts strong without making them the 'if you come close, you're dead' kind of balance change.

Does that mean it's healthy? god i think no. But it seems the fact there are so much things to balance leads to an impossible scenario where we're bound to have a less enjoyable game. Is Riot doing such a bad job? I don't think so, they're trying to do what they can to balance out ridiculous kits. Maybe those just shouldn't have been released. (summoner 14 Kalista summoner 14 random example)

A-ny-way, I hope preseason will have some changes that will look good for the future of League

People are just mad that melee bruisers can carry for once.

See the thing is, some of the worst offenders of mobility creep primarily do so in a way that counters tanks. This sounds bad at first, until you realize that these same offenders happen to be primarily DPS champions, the type of champions that are supposed to kill tanks in the first place.

I dunno, maybe I'm just a weird player for thinking that the damage triangle should be that relevant in balancing things.

Yeah, it's completely balanced, but it feels bad to be the tank in that situation. Top and jungle mains aren't allowed to be countered or they'll cry.

Personally, I think once Riot gets around to rebalancing all three classes en masse, we'll get somewhere.

Juggernauts right now are leaning towards the tanky part of the damage triangle, and the upcoming ADC rework may help rebalance the DPS part of the triangle. Not only that, but Riot has mentioned they wanted to do a mage rework after the ADCs, the burst part of the triangle. I propose that after we get through the first patch of the mage rework probably being way over or undertuned, we will see another era of near perfect balance between the classes like we did when the S5 tank meta first got nerfed.

IMO, I really appreciate that they finally shifted out of super high mobility champions being what moves the game, but honestly, I feel like they did not prepare the rest of the items and champions to fully deal with juggernaughts as intended. Namely, they have given them the capability to deal high amounts of damage, and be incredibly tanky at the cost of mobility, but actually kiting and killing any of these lategame is a major bitch. Is it just me that feels they didnt do a good job of balancing everything else to deal with juggernaughts, or is there something I am missing?

One of the main problems is dead man's plate. It makes their only weakness(lack of mobility) go away, or at least partially.
