Give Katarina's Q the Akali Treatment

EDIT: I realized some people may not know what I'm talking about. Akali received a nerf at the end of last season after going months being essentially permabanned where to proc the bonus damage from her Q, she had to autoattack instead of using aa'ing or using her E. I'm suggesting Katarina have to aa to proc her Q as well.

And so her waveclear isn't hurt too badly (as it's already fairly bad), make her W do 50% extra dmg to minions/monsters.

I feel like this would add some breathing room against Kat early game (before lvl 6) and even after lvl 6 give you an extra second to react to her combo.
