Buffing strong champions and nerfing weak ones
Nothing this balance team has done in the last year makes any sense at all.
<-- These champions DID NOT need buffs.
Does NOT need nerfed. This dev team needs to take its head out of its own ass.

Well... you're wrong.
And you're wrong about why Ezreal is getting nerfed. In lieu of actually taking away his AP scalings so he actually has to be an ADC, they're just making it so he can't have the strengths of both builds without sacrificing anything. That's completely different from more difficult champions getting slight buffs after they'd received nerfs previously.
This dev team has done a shit job on everything from clash to balance since season 8. Ez is at the BOTTOM of the tier list. Where are the compensation buffs?
Nowhere, because you're ignoring play rate. Lots of people building the new build every time the Korean server thinks up a new way to abuse Ezreal's too-versatile kit, without actually knowing how to adjust their fights to accommodate it.
Enemies who know how to hide behind minions to prevent Klepto procs, and end the game too soon for him now that Klepto is less forgiving to passive play.
He might get compensation once they get him back to a champion who's either AD or AP, not cheesing the ability to buy both.
These are excuses, not a rationale. So long is league is excuse driven its going to continue declining into a shitgame.

and somehow your arguments aren't "excuses"? Ezreal is THE premier pick in pro play and he has a massive pickrate in SoloQ. Winrate literally means nothing. The combination of pickrate, banrate AND winrate will tell you a lot more about a champion than looking at any of those stats in a vacuum.
No, these are explanations for the trends we see.
Think about. Really. Why would they take an extremely popular champion who's one of their top 5 sellers for skins, and nerf him when he's "weak", if not for the fact he's not actually weak?
Looking at only win rate doesn't tell you anything. You need to look at every stat, every change in build, every change in the meta, and piece them together.
The change to Ezreal's Q is as I said. It's to give him less benefit out of building hybrid when he should be committing to either stat. The change to his E is to take away some of his early game safety, which will hopefully see players playing him more aggressively to get their lead.

Ez is where? You meant to say one of the best, while safest adcs, right?

Couldn't give less shit about list of winrates. Anyone who thinks that Ez is anyhow not extremely strong while safe is delusional gold player...
Went from poking champ to allin oneshot with flash on 7 secs cd...
