For S10 - Fix the garbage tier matchmaker

Wanna bet anything that they won't? It has been awful, and probably intentionally, for years. Years, not months :D So...

Riot gives you some dude with 1500 games for the season and a 40% w/r and when he plays like poo like the past 1499 games, they expect you to say damn dude, it's not your fault you over extended 24/7, spent more time dead than alive, managed a 10 vision score in a 45min game, etc. Riot needs to figure out a system where players that have a "tilt" indication on their account can practice in norms first before going to ranked. Not to punish the player, but some people will literally just queue ranked only whether they're on their main or first timing a champion. They'll also queue up again despite being on a like, 10 loss streak and just hail marying the game from tilt rather than trying to approach it with a steady mind. Also, fuck the people that rage quit so often, I had a 40% afk rate in my S9 games that only increased when Riot servers machine broke.

Well, what elo are you?

If youre like silver and gold, theres plenty of smurfs that kinda screw with the ranked games making it seem unbalanced and onesided.

However, new unranked accounts always start in silver or gold. It might be a person who is completely new to ranked. Once the system can accurately pinpoint that player’s real elo is actually bronze, theyll get placed there. Of course, this is really only a problem in gold, silver.

All I ask from Riot is to not be paired with people who quit/go afk in my ranked games.
