It will only stop when either everyone has quit the game or you actually revert the changes.

Which would be the preferred method of stopping it?

Honestly they are probably take the Ryze approach.

They are not going to revert reworks, they are just going to keep reworking him until they get it right. (Which apparently takes an indefinite amount of times to do)

That's not what i'm saying. I'm saying when their criticism leaves, it's a sign that they've left all together. Not that it's caused by the champion failing to be reverted.

Basically it will stop when they loose so much of their existing audience.

Im sorry. Outrage only lasts 2-3 turns. You sure are hacking pokemon to make it longer. Shame on you for needing to hack pokemon.

I don't think the duration is important, i think it's the PP in this case. Outrage has 10 PP, but it's already been used more than this, so either they've used a PP-UP, or they used an elixir or Ether.

Though my theory is that what's actually going on is that there's a set up with, Sunny day + Harvest + Leppa Berry.

Ahhh but with every Outrage though, the user becomes confused...... So obviously they have either hit themselves more than a few times, or they are very lucky.

Tbh though i figured this was another of those "Daily Reminder" thread stuff that is just kinda meh that people give up on quite quickly when they get ignored.
