Holy shit Meddler, I love you.

Actually giving a champion that desperately needs agency the kinds of agency he needs, not just more healing.

Thank you.

For those of you that don't know what I'm talking about, I'm referring to all of the planned PBE buffs to Vlad.

Everything from AA projectile speed to Q ratio.

He's to hoping the other champs sitting near the bottom get as much attention.

And the champions at the top too, for that matter. -.-

Yeah his buffs look pretty good.

Best part is that all of the changes most drastically affect his early game, where he lacks agency the most.

: the capacity, condition, or state of acting or of exerting power : operation

This fits

: a person or thing through which power is exerted or an end is achieved : instrumentality <communicated through the agency of the ambassador>

This also fits, though in a less direct way.

Vlad has little direct control over how his lane goes more often than not at the moment because he lacks damage, CC, utility, and tankiness early.

The auto attack timer change makes last hitting and harass much smoother, which helps a ton.

Moving some of the damage out of CR procs and into his base Q helps a ton.

Adding a base slow to his E also helps a ton.

All of the changes make him slightly safer while also allowing him room to be more aggressive...which allows those who play him to have more agency over the outcome of the lane.
