why dont you just revert celerity?

really? first you nerf the movement speed portion of the rune in favor for a higher ad/ap conversion.

now youre going to nerf that conversion because you want to reduce overall damage from runes atm.

Celerity Bonus Movement Speed converted to Attack Damage :: 9.6% >>> 6% Bonus Movement Speed converted to Ability Power :: 16% >>> 10%

if youre going to nerf the conversion back to its previous state, at least remember to give it that 1.5% movement speed back.

i didnt understand that change to the higher ad/ap conversion in the first place.

Celerity was still the primo choice of that tier. The nerf brings it in line with transcendence and that other rune I always forget the name for because I never take it

it was and still is the primary choice, because the other two choices in that row are shit.

no one will pick transcendence or the other rune that i dont even remember the name of even after this nerf.

there is no champion in this game, i can think of whod chose an ad/ap bonus only when above 70% health. its too unreliable.

its the same reason everyone takes boneplating in resolve. the other two options are just garbage for 95% of the champions.

Can anyone remember the name for that last rune? I know the runes for every tier in sorcery except this last one...

Transcendence, celerity, and I’m guessing... uh, spell magnet?

it was perfectionist or something like that.

my point stands. celerity wasnt actually op, the other choices are just garbage. and even if they nerf the damage on celerity now, theyre still garbage.

the only use for transcendence is cleaver meme stacking.

Transcendence is pretty nice on mages. Being at 40% CDR with Sorc Boots and 1 itme as Orianna/Ziggs/Syndra feels pretty damn good.

I use it on Ezreal and MF aswell

did you take it before the celerity changes?

did the changes to celerity overall change anything as to when and if you picked up transcendence?

Yes to the first, no to the second.

As a rule I don't Celerity unless I plan on building a movement speed item. And since my primary two mages are Ori and Syndra, CDR is real valuable.
