Would Dark Harvest + Lethality Nasus Theoretically Work?
+ Triforce + Q stacks = a lot of damage
Or would Triforce be adequate enough?

DH would stack so slowly in relation to how fast nasus can Q farm. DH is technically extra damage, but pen would offer better ramping damage throughout the game, if thats what you're going for.
You'll end up very squishy with no mobility/gapcloser. try not to do this in ranked, do it in normals for fun :)
