How About We Make Everyone Strong?

Let tanks be able to tank throughout all stages of the game while lowering their base damage. Let adcs be able to impact all stages of the game, but lower their strength in the late game. Let mages actually have alot of ap so their one rotation of spells, if landed, reward alot, and if missed, punished harshly.
