Any buffs/ changes planned for him? Right now he is sitting at 45% winrate. All he has going for him is safe laning phase and then he gets outscaled by 90% of the top laners. His lategame usefulness is non existent. His entire kit is telegraphed and clunky, long cast animations on e and r, q is delayed and w self slows you. I understand giving meaningful ways to outplay Urgot but this is too much.
He has been out for less than a month. I would suggest you calm down.
Really the issue is Urgots thinking "Im a juggernaut im gonna go in" when really you should just shoot whats near you, go for armor shred and just beast tanks.
Urgot gets outscaled by a lot of top laners because if he scaled the same as them with his W, he would still be attacking 3 times a second (which is fast, Kogmaws max is 5 a second)
The trick to urgot is using your E to disengage whilst still using Purge.

you might say that Urgot is in a bad spot but, even with only 3 dps items (BC, DD, FM) he can deal 3k damage with his 3 purge E 3purge combo, which is stronk.
You also kinda forgot that his damage is somewhat unreliable at times, as his passive forces you to position weirdly and forces you to walk around enemies hoping they don't do anything. If they wanted to buff him a tiny bit, then reducing the cooldown of his passive could work quite well and enable him to get the pseudo-graves wave clear going on.
Most players don't abuse his early strength properly, wait for it. He is probably going to be the most hated top lane pick.
urgot doesn't need buffs, people don't understand how to play him yet
