You can't draw conclusions out of videos like this.

First of all he had 7 kills and 5 assists and pretty decent farm giving him 12 mejais stacks and over 400 AP

Second of all, the morgana didnt even try to dodge his Q, she walked into it so ofcourse shes gonna take a lot of damage

Third of all same with jinx she stood still and let him hit his Q and maximize his damage as an AP mage

Fourth of all, the enemies didnt buy any Magic Resist or defensive items

Weed?

This scene is actually a little more reasonable in my opinion. He's at basically peak power with a near fully stacked Mejai's, Rabadon's, and both flat magic pen items.

That being said, he definitely is doing too much damage.
