Can We Have a Global Mana Cost Patch?
A patch where Riot looks at every single mana cost and changes it, even by small amounts, to fit their standard.

Buffing/nerfing champions that don't need to be changed for the sake of consistency doesn't do much in terms of gameplay. It's still better to review champions that need to be changed on a case by case basis.
