DID ANYONE ELSE FORGET ABOUT KALISTA?

Nah, its difficult to forget a champion that cancerous.

I have LVL6 On Kalista

Because they gut her and now shes unplayable

Out of sight, out of mind. Nobody plays her unless they're partial to losing and she's been in this state for so long that it's easy to forget she exists. Simple middle ground buffs would bring her to a reasonable level without making her too strong but Riot either just hasn't realized it/made it a priority or they're intentionally keeping her trash tier because her former constant playrate in competitive.

Is this champ from some kind of a mod?

She should be remembered though, one day she'll have vengence on riot for nerfing her yorick helps keep her burried
