Riot is way to prideful to admit that DQ is a broken system. Even in that bullshit Roundtable discussion, they only accepted culpability with regard to their execution of DQ, not the core tenants of the system. They will continue to modify it the system for at least a year (probably more) with extreme favoritism shown to high elo/pro players until they stop complaining. Then that will be it. The rest of us will be stuck with something fundamentally unfair and not even really the same as the high elo system, and Riot will not care enough to pay attention to our plight.

That's not a good sign from a company. And if every ranked player left? That includes pro players, meaning no LCS, which is Riot's major income.

Between renting the venue, player salary, prize money, equipment, techs to setup equipment, marketing for said tournament, shout casters and the other little things that it takes.
Honestly I wouldnt be suprised if they said they lose money.

And if you plan on scrapping SQ don't say it's coming in a month, say you're thinking about it but it's not guaranteed. And LCS is the main source of income. Several ads playing on their Twitch for 100,000-300,000+ to see? The teams bring their own equipment, Riot just provides the PC's and chairs. Tickets to get into the venue cover the cost and then some.

Dedrius7 votesWhat most of the people do not understand is that "boards" are not the majority of the NA playerbase. Boards are a cesspool of baby raging about balance and random memes which is why a lot of the playerbase doesn't bother to come here and just goes to reddit to find actual league information. In recent polls Riot has found that the overall playerbase either likes dynamic queue, or does not care one way or another.
Just because the hivemind of boards doesn't like Dynamic queue doesn't mean the rest of the community minds all that much. I have always been a solo queue player and have no problem playing solo in dynamic queue.

But I don't think boosting is that big an issue. Just because someone has a bad game does not mean they are boosted, it might just mean they had a bad game. I play a lot of Ahri and usually do pretty well with her but there have been games where I have gone 0-6 and looked boosted as hell, doesn't mean that's the case.

Normal/Draft I can understand, but to Rank it's very disappointing. Even Riot stated they won't bring it back they will lose the majority of their players. Pro players has left the DQ and went to the private host SQ lobbies. That's one movement. That's right. People who enjoy getting boosted in Rank should stay in DQ. SQ was fine, even though it wasn't a perfect system. I enjoy SQ more than I do with DQ.

Maszii3 votesEasily ruined game yesterday, done with ranked for this season/reason ^^. Ashe/Braum/Lulu (shen jungle as well) combo with obv 3 man with voicechat vs my team with our Silver 3 jungler going teemo jungle. They also had a plat 5 toplaner which was obv boosted, but thats another problem.
Played a game again today though, wanted to end up on 0LP, not gonna happen then i guess.

It's catered to bring in younger generations faster. It's a long term investment, bring in 1 player, you're most likely bringing in his friends to start playing together.
If they don't remove Dynamic Q anytime soon, you're absolutely fooling yourself to think they will remove it later, when they've already replaced the population of Solo Q players. In addition, Dynamic Q will be more and more liked as time goes on simply because Solo Players will leave. Soon you will see these posts being downvoted, watch, and they will be tuning it more and more. Making it all less likely for them to change it.
