Baron shreds your defenses. So when you clear baron, DO NOT think you can win a fight with no problem. You have half of your armor gone, so just leave.

friendly psa: if you have an aatrox who's ready to solo that baron, keep pressure on the lanes because that's what he wants you to do

another psa: Singed doesn't want your help, singed is fine, yes he's in enemy base 1v5, but he's gonna be fine, go take that turret

Another psa: Stop yelling at jungle, it's not jungles fault for not ganking if the enemy laner has three kills at four minutes, jg dont wanna add to that fire, jg just want you to get your shit together because at that point, gromp is more valuable than your lane

This is why when i play yorick i dont even try to ult team members, they always like die, and then they run away when they have ten seconds to wreck face...

Unless somehow i'm yorick and we have a sion, always ult the sion... sion will get the post mortem triple

Also whoever get's directly attacked by Baron get's a debuff that reduces damage output by 50% and like every other jungle camp, baron will target whoever is closest So it's a good thing to have a tank

To add on to this, everyone fighting Baron has the Baron's Gaze debuff that halves physical and magic damage you deal to Baron. Your opponent jumping into the pit does not have this debuff right away. That's why it's so easy to steal Baron. If someone jumps into the pit, kill him first unless you're in Smite range.

It only applies the gaze debuff to one person. It's the person that the Baron is attacking. Not the whole team.

This is why you set up a baron with wards, and killing the carry laners. Then recall right away after killing him, unless full hp and ready to end the game.

It only shreds for its own attacks though, they removed it affecting champion spells a while back.

Pro Tip: Baron halves the damage output of whoever he's focusing with his basic attacks. Always have the lowest DPS champion on the team tank baron. Don't leave your fed Yi to take aggro because the rest of you are ranged, even if you have to fuse yourself to Baron's crotch via osmosis to do so.

agreed, baddie kids need to stop trying to fight at baron

in my 97% w/r smurf, i always win lane, but the rest of my team usually feeds. I always wait for the enemies to take baron and then i 1v5 them near the end and carry my baddie teammates. it's reasons like baron shredding that stops those kids from climbing.

usually i pick the high skill high reward champions like akali or kennen to do this since champions like yasuo are super weak and needs buffs because not even smurfs can carry on that nerfed champ
