Zz'Rot Portal Needs Life Expectancy

This item needs a life expectancy for a said amount of time. It is kind of ridiculous how a top laner can place this item in front of their turret and it just spawns voidlings . . . . and you cannot do anything about it. After a said amount of time it should destroy itself and allow the user to place it again, when it is off cooldown. Before the item nerfs it was obnoxious but the main issue is that ZZ'Rot Portal was just being placed in lanes and not being destroyed, which is what the intended use for this item is. The issue is that a player can just hide in the back with their Zz'Rot Portal in top lane and allow it to farm and push turrets for WAY to long.
