You keep ignoring the community's opinions or ideas, and keep twiddling "your" ideas while you do not even play the champion. Sure you can "balance" her by making her useless and make her really UNSATISFYING to play.

The stealth is literally the size of a whole lane, while her skills are near melee class range, Twitch has less radius, more range and broke the game for a whole year and you still refuse to nerf even if its preseason patch.

This is going nowhere. It is the same situation as rengar and leblanc. You "rework" and icebox it for a whole damn year making them unplayable. You might as well remove the stealth completely if you cannot balance it on your OWN.

Or hell, remove stealth from the entire game and make assassins tanky just like divers and merge them as a whole class and deleting all sorts of escapes from the game. Might be easier for you guys to balance the game ONLY on supports and ADCs.

About Evelynn, yes her stealth radius is huge, but keep in mind her stealth is PERMANENT. Twitch's stealth is not. Also, they recently buffed her passive, now allowing her to enter demon shade from 4-->1.5 seconds. That's a huge buff for her, not even counting the passive reset on the ultimate. So as much as an annoyance it is for it to be big, she does get to be invisible A LOT.

They removed the change on her ult so its back to what it is live currently. But overall still a good buff with her passive and E changes. I just wish that she moves faster to cursed/charmed targets as buff.

she gets it at lvl 6 it makes her ganks useless pre 6 she needs opportunity to gain a strong enough lead to remain relevant for the rest of the match she still falls very poorly behind just like old eve and its not as easy to bounce back into the game as well

As a rebuttal, her main source of damage (w e combo) requires you to be well within detection radius before you can even attempt to proc it. If anything at all needs to change, its the range on her e. Its BARELY twice her aa range, and with her being a melee champion, that's not a lot of range. I'm not saying she needs to be able to jump from the bush on top of you, but I'd like to have some chance of outplay when ganking. In the lower elo, yeah. You're likely to catch players by surprise when you pop up. But the higher you climb the ladder, the harder that is. More experienced players are going to get into a hard to gank position and wait it out, then fall back a bit, and if they see you because you got too close, they're going to counter the gank.

I disagree, I think her kit promotes very smart and tactical game play. You have to play smarter than you use to have to play as eve because of the huge stealth radius. Use your charm to lure opponents towards you. you can proc your charm outside of your detection range by using q. she's a very safe champion imo and she might be a little lacking damage wise but I still think she's pretty decent. I do well on her at least.
