There are too many good players stuck in lower elos. In order to fix this, I am calling an for equal rank distribution in bronze, silver, gold, platinum, diamond, and challenger. To be exact, we should have 16.6666666667% of players in each division(100% / 6).

Im diamond, and I can give u proof that when I smurf at low elo, I single handedly carry my team easily, my bot lane feed my mid feed even my jg went afk 5 mins, and Im 24-9, dealing 40k dmg while the highest one on my team is a lux with 20k dmg and lucian 11k dmg at 33 mins lol.
So no, anyone that stuck in low elo because they cant carry, why you cant carry? Cause you dont know about rotation/map control/ objectives control. Your point is invalid lol
Wonder why I cant carry in diamond? Cause Im not good enough while challenger players can carry diamond easily, thats just the diff in skill and thats why people belong to certain rank, unless you improve you dont deserve to climb :) just like me Im stuck in diamond cause Im not good enough lol

gratz, you're a diamond that can climb out of bronze because your level of playing is already far above that elo.
how about a silver or gold, can they carry feeders? can they carry afkers or can they carry IF they were fighting against YOU who is diamond?

UKP LK2 votesgreat, I was bronze III at season 4, gold 5 at end of season 4. Start at silver III at s5, end diamond 5 at s5, s6 I got to diamond easily cause I start plat, now i have been in diamond since early September :).
Everyone start bottom, nobody first play this game and become diamond unless they are prodigy at the game :D which is very very rare lmao. People at silver or gold, can they carry feeder? Nah, why? cause they belong to that elo cause they dont learn, they dont improve, you will stuck at low elo just because u always blame your team. Either you carry or just stay at your elo lmao dont expect people to do good its rare lel.
Why can I climb but they cant? Why are there people in diamond, challenger,master while there r ppl stuck at plat and lower? All because of game knowledge and the will to improve, stop blaming, start learning.
