Is Orianna op?

In most of my games, Orianna gets fed, either off me or some other poor unfortunate players. Very few champions give me this much trouble, except my mid matchup ban list: fizz, annie, and kassadin.

No, she is balanced you might not know how to play against her. Everyone has one or two (or more) champs that always give them trouble because they dont know how to play around them. If you are having trouble against orianna you should go to "lol Wiki" and look at at "Orianna/Strategy", so see how you can deal with her.

No she's balanced...she just doesn't have much of a champion counter because her kit is really unique

I think she's balanced. Easy to read and counter play, gives utility, fair damage.

She's the type to snowball a little too easily, I feel like. I wouldn't call her balanced or over powered, almost wholly due to that fact.

Oriana is pretty balanced. She isnt amazing at anything but she is good at everything. While some kits are based around doing 1 thing, Oriana does good damage but only with her w and Ult. She also has some good utility on her W (slow) the E (shield) and the ult (displacement). Finally she has good zoning with her Q.

Still though. She isnt really all that bad. In low elo people just walk into her shit. Its like when I play Twisted Fate. People think my cards heal them and they walk into them.

She's like syndra sort of, if she gets ahead and your jungler isn't doing well enough to help you against her, it'll take a lot to stop her, especially since her micro managing only involves one sphere
