Add more "summoner spells" that are unique to certain champions and allow them to call in help from another champion they are allied or friends with.

They're called SUMMONER spells for a reason. Champion unique summoner spells wouldn't make a lick of sense.

The second part "Calling in help" is easily done with a ping. Also if say...Syndra and Zed were together in a game and she called in for help from Zed would he be instantly flashed to her or what?

Example, demacians can call in another demacian ability, ionians (good guys) can call in other ionians.

And you'd better limit Ionians because there's 3 "traitors" to Ionia.
