I think there could be some tweaks that can expand the champion pool very well but tweaking or buffing a few champs.

1: Nidalee Reduce swipe CD Increase spear close range base dmg at early levels. have switching to cougar break CC (snare, stun, slow only) but switching to human reduce movement speed. (She already has paragraphs to her kit so maybe removing something else from her kit to buff a lil more)

2: Ivern: increase Q range and missle speed. Increase base move speed.

3: Poppy: I don't know what to do with poppy but bringing her back up in the meta can be a nice change up since the tank meta made champs comparable to her pre nerf levels while not buffing poppy back up enough to compensate.

Ivern does not need buffs. I don't want to have 56% winrate Ivern again.

Comoetative rarely used ivern anymore, ardent is being nerfed, and in non pro play his Winrate is among the lowest... and his playdate was and is still non existent.

I'd rather see nidalee regain her auto attack resets if they are going to give her a small buff. Would help out lane nidalee alot too.

Ivern and poppy are really good champs. They have utility that is very strong in pro-play buffing them would just destroy a big pool. Best example: GP at world's 2015 100% pick/ban rate

They arent utilized that much RN and very rare to see ivern anymore. Especially if they are going to nerf ardent censor (which they should)

that wasn't because of GP having too much utility but gp coming out of the rework completely busted. VERY high base stats, strong ult dmg, low cooldowns dmg as fuck. 60% armor pen and nearly twice the barrel extra damage.
