I haven't seen that once this season, every patch Riot breaks the fuck out of a bunch of champions, then they get nerfed and Riot then somehow breaks the fuck out of a bunch of other champions.

Plus its not those champions I'm worried about its the ch amps like ivern boasting a 58% winrate with an almost 10% pickrate.

Also 50% would be already perfectly balanced. It doesn't take much to get from 50% to 55% and these are still tiny advantages that can be taken away if that champion does 1 mistake and falls behind in gold.
There is too much hype around win rates and S tier champions, the diffrences are not as impactful as most players think.
