I know it's fun and exciting for mages to be able to spam 100% of their mana with no actual cost, but can we seriously get some mana changes in the preseason? Morgana used to be a small issue due to her high costs, but since mana is so plentiful anymore with runes and items she can spam Q after Q with no downside. Same with every other mage. I really am sick of these over-sustainy lanes.

Morgana never has had any mana issues ever. Unless you were bad and spammed her W on CD for next to no harass in which case that's you being bad.
Mana is not an issue whatsoever. Don't know what you're smoking but Morg has considerable costs on her spells, not to mention cooldowns.
Congrats you got your wish on botlane. Us supports have to suffer now because of your wish - I guess a Riot dev. heard your cries. So now us enchanter players are left playing with "tank support" items because spellthief/scythe are awful and there is no longer a coin.
