Can we have the old SOTO and Mejai's back?

These items didn't deserve the nerfs they got this season. You used to only lose a third of the stacks when you die, and now you lose half. The 5 stacks you get when you first buy these items isn't even that great. I'd rather have zero when I first buy it then lose half every time I mess up. These items barely saw any use in competitive play and I rarely see them used now . The only time I ever see mejai's is on Janna, and I almost NEVER saw SOTO except on Riven (before her nerf) if she was snowballing really hard. Revert the nerfs. They were fine as is before you ruined them.
