Though I'd like to add a disclaimer that if you don't know what you're doing, all of these picks can go horribly wrong.

Had a friend who Zed supported me.. (Note were bronze elo)

and he used his shadow clone to zone the HECK out of them..

come level 6... their adc is dead.... they don't even get a chance to beg..

Yeah, it can work, though I would add that some of these are extremely situational, like Cassiopeia is pretty much only used if you have a Twitch ADC, and Katarina is for when it's a normal game and no one else in the game is close enough to throw anything at you.

Why would you support with Kat, one of the selected few champion that does not even have a single CC ability?

It's one of those things that you can do, but you have enough better options that you shouldn't, having a laning partner does make Kats early game a bit easier, and the gold generation items are pretty good for getting gold, 1 Q can hit 2 people and vs a melee support you can E+W for some harass onto them, sight stone increases your mobility as well as vision and a rylai's can make up for the lack of CC. For the build you go sort of like this item 2301 item 3020 item 3041 item 3116 item 3157 item 3089 . It's not something I'd recommend, but it can be done.

I've played a lot of champions in some weird roles before though, some just to get a better feel for the limits of their kit, others for theory crafting reasons. It's great prep for when someone tries to cheese you with something, I beat a Taric top one time using top lane Sona, it was an interesting game. For jungle I've played Vlad, Sona, Karthus, Ashe, Zyra, Ahri. Top I've played Sona, Ahri, Jinx, Quinn, Nunu, Galio. Gangplank ADC, mid and support, both before and after his rework. Jax ADC. I do that sort of thing a lot in normals, it's pretty hilarious when someone tries to cheese you with something and you've played it before yourself.

not just mages. You take a CC heavy top laner or jungler bot Nautilus Maokai XinZhao JarvanIV Gragas and most ADCs have no idea what to do against the burst and tankiness.

Tibbers can attack and has an aura that deals damage. It will all count toward the Summoner: Tibbers damage.

No, it's possible because tibbers does damage the enemy after he's been cast, and rylais affects his autoes.

No, Tibbers has an aura that deals quite a lot of dmg so I'd assume he ate lots of dmg from standing near the bear too, not just the activated ability.

Death recap groups the initial damage of summoning Tibbers with the periodic aura damage that he applies.

The AoE from Tibbers plus Rylai's alone means that without some sort of movement speed boost or mobility spell, you aren't going nowhere.

Welcome to a "Kill Lane Support". This is just another way to play as a Support. Who says a Support doesn't have to keep you alive like Soraka , zone like Blitzcrank Thresh or Leona , or just be a generalist? Kill Lane Supports are a thing. Their job: Help their carry kill the enemy laners whenever possible.

I think his point was the dmg was ridiculous for the build she had.

If you didn't have a MR item AND were in a place where she could get to you without your team being able to intervene, you deserve to die.

only 2 of which are AP items, and none of which are mpen items. If we were talking about item 3001 item 3285 item 3089 item 3092 item 3020 item 3060 Annie, or hell even item 3100 item 3158 item 3050 item 2045 Sona, fine, you get caught as a squishy ADC by that person, you die, but the point is no champion should ever do 1k dmg to you with a build like that. Pretty much only Annie does that bullshit because her bases AND scaling values are stupid AF.
