Actually...that's not quite what's happening right now.
Thresh's soul-stealing business has gone south for a bit, so he lost his lair (couldn't pay rent). He needed a place to stay, so he hit up the Announcer Lady and is living with her for a week or so. He's earning his keep (and making money to buy his lair back) by shoutcasting for her in the meantime. Everything will be fine within a week or so from now, don't worry!
She got a hoarse throat from saying an allied has to slain for all the inters.
I think new announcer packs would be something awesome to be able to either buy or craft in hextech!
Damn Annoncer Lady sounds hoarser than I did after getting a ghost pepper stuck in my throat.
I mainly hope they hire GP back in the announcing business!

It's really funny to me that we haven't seen more Announcer packs. They seem like the most balantly obvious money grab in the game. I mean SMITE of all games has grabbed that concept by the ears and has been riding it for seasons.

You can still return her voice i think. Go to options>Audio. I think it's there
I've clearly missed something here...
What's the story on the announcer lady? What's happening?
I muted the announcer voice for the first ever ever in my life while we had the pirate announcer, it was too much for me to hear over and over.
I haven't turned the announcer voice back on since then and I get a chill vibe about the game now.
