A good suggestion to Riot about Cho'Gath [I hope]

I saw a post earlier stating that Chogath R is the problem, I actually disagreed and stated that the problem is, how strong his ultimate is with this item in particular item 3193.

I'm surprised as to how Riot or anyone else in the boards community hasn't thought of this yet..

Nerf Suggestion: Remove the ability for his Ult to scale with item actives item 3193, this would really tone down his mid game power making it harder to get stacks and overall balancing it.
