Thoughts on Shyvana Mini-Rework

So with her mini-rework out for a while now, I'm curious to see what everyone's thoughts are about it. And plz don't go "OHHH SHE'S SOOOO OP/BROKEN RIGHT NOW!" I've seen a bunch of people already post topics like this and I have to argue that she isn't broken but she is really strong at the moment, turning her into FotM.

Just say what your thoughts are about her right now (besides being OP ATM). Do you think her rework was successful or maybe too successful? Are you satisfied with some of the changes, like the new passive or new dragon E? How do you compare the rework to her previous version?
