Can we buff Ryze please?

According to champion.gg, he has the lowest win rate of all champs (Top Ryze has the worst win rate, and mid Ryze has the second worst win rate). You can tell me he's cancer all you want, but the fact is that unlike other mages, Ryze basically has to be in melee range in order to cc you, and he doesn't have a ton of range on his abilities either. And unlike other mages, he doesn't have burst. He needs to hit you with his spells several times to kill you. He's not like Malzahar who can just press 'r' and insta win. If you don't poke him down and/or blow him up before he gets in melee range for his root/snare/whatever you deserve whatever happens.

The problem is when he's strong he is way to strong, he just needs another rework. Maybe the 10th time is the charm

They won't buff him unless it's something that won't affect his pro play power levels, like the recent Q refresh on cast instead of on hit.

I don't know the exact numbers on his damage, but I thought Ryze was supposed to be like the machine gun mage. Instead of killing his enemies in one full rotation he has to use his abilities several times before he actually gets the kill. But that's the fun thing about Ryze. You can just spam your skills over and over again.
