Why waste my time auto-filling or playing secondary?
My teammates obviously don't want to do it either..
I am willing to wait for longer queue times just so my whole team isn't auto-filled or has players on their secondary role.

Dynikus3 votesBe prepared to wait a very long time for queues if you aren't even willing to have secondary roles.
Laz19731 votesIt's not just about you waiting longer to get into a game. It's about the fact that if nobody will play supp, there will not be any games for you to wait for.
The current system is much better. You queue for your role, and sometimes you get a different role. You take it like a man (or woman!), enjoy playing something other than Yasuo for one game, and move on. Then everyone gets to have nice short queue times.
Worth.
