Maybe a higher ult cooldown and less on-hit damage would be good. But yeah, any invulnerability is toxic. And I hate slows. God, I hate them more than every different kind of cc

I can only really see a slight increase to her ult cooldown. Aside from that, Kayle doesn't need a nerf.
I think Kayle is like Nasus. You need to close them down early or they become beasts late game. I think that is an ok play style for a couple of champs. Too many and I'd agree with you, but I don't see her popping up that often so it's not a big issue.
Her win rate is so high because she's picked so rarely. It's not like fucking ekko or zed where EVERY game you see them.
