Can you just nerf her ? Just basically nerf her damage as you know how to do it. She's an AD caster (as most people like to identify her), but the closest she is to atm is either

basically stack everything in a single AA, and R if you didn't kill the opponent. She even has free 
in her kit.

I think that Lethality ADC's should be treated differently than ADC's who build for mid-late game crit builds. It feels cheap to know that an ADC marksman can skip being weak early by building a lethality item and basically becoming a bruiser.
Ranged have major benefits over melee and they should pay for them in some way.

What you seem to be describing is a darkharvest (or conq proc) Mf with lethality killing squishies. I tend to find it amusing however those that complain about it do nothing to help themselves in there builds normally.... like "OMG MF SO BROKEN WTF" yet they have no armor, didn't get tabs, no life steal etc etc they just blindly build dmg and even when behind try to out trade MF and then complain when it doesn't work... not saying that is you but generally what happens!
