Why am I getting 20 lp per win and 18 lp per loss even though I have higher mmr than the average mmr at my place.

What makes you think your MMR is higher than average? Websites that estimate your MMR have been very inaccurate this season. The only way for you to see is to check the people you are playing against and seeing your LP gain/loss afterwards. If you get/ lose 20/18, you shouldn't have any reason to believe that your MMR is higher than average.

My winrate in Ranked Solo is about 55% even though I trolled. Op.gg said my mmr was Bronze 1 and higher than average.

because your mmr isn't much higher than the average mmr of your elo. I'm assuming you're basing this off of op.gg or lolking, which shouldn't be considered 100% accurate. No 3rd party website is.

You don't know that you have higher MMR than the average MMR at your place. You're assuming that you do because of some estimation that op.gg or lolking or some other external site gave you. (If you work at Riot and have access to the real values, you could just go ask some programmer to look into what's happening!)

Anyway, it's possible that your teams' MMRs recently have been higher than your enemy teams' MMRs, which would result in a higher-than-50% expected win rate, therefore lowering your LP gain/loss ratio.
