Stun / Slow needs to scale with levels.
There's no reason to get extra damage, a 2.25 second stun and a shield for one point in a skill when Swain gets a whole 1 second root for the same thing.
1 / 1.3 / 1.6 / 1.9 / 2.2 second stun
1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3% health extra damage
20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% slow

It comes across as farming upvotes at a certain point, because everyone including Riot is on board with this idea, or at least playing with the idea.
IIRC, they're looking into doing it with diminishing returns to prevent a gazillion second stun, but they are already looking into nerfing him appropriately to give AP Ekko the proper edge over tank Ekko rather than let him continue wreaking havoc.

Seriously, there was no harm in this post besides echoing a sentiment that was apparently already shared by a lot of other people. My apologies for not seeing the other post, I didn't realize that it would be such a big deal.
