can we talk about Eves W?

Its not rocket science. Eves W takes 2.5 seconds to proc. in this game just about everyone, including certain ADCs, can kill you in about 0.5-0.8 seconds LITERALLY. can we reduce the time it takes her W to proc? ill take 2 seconds, so just take .5 off. 2.5 is legit an eternity in this game. 2.5 seconds in a teamfight atleast 2-3 people have already died. it. feels. awful.

She has stealth to hang back and wait for it on isolated targets, somewhat like an assassin biding their time to pick off people.

Umm she is one of the best jgs right now and is by far the best assassin jg soo maybe nerf somthings for that to happen maybe nerf the ult and buff the w.
