Bard would be great if his W was buffed

I'm not talking about a direct buff to the power of the heal. I'm talking about making it so that it takes less time to max out when it goes up in ranks and the mana cost goes down. His rank 1 W costs 100 mana; equal to that of his ult and most ults. And unless it maxes out before someone picks it up, it is a weak heal at that. At rank 5, his W costs 120 mana.

What would really make Bard a stronger champ is making it so that his W maxes out after 10/9/8/7/6 seconds, based on W rank. And W should cost 70/75/80/85/90 mana based on rank. This would allow Bard to use his W late game when he doesnt have time to lay shrines and let them get strong, and it would also help him in laning phase so that if he goes up against a stronger duo, he doesn't go instantly OOM trying to sustain his ADC and then can't leave lane to gather chimes to get his mana back

I love Bard, but for some reason you went the opposite way with him on release; usually champs are obscenely OP and are nerfed back into line. Bard was and still is UP and is waiting for something to help him become a truly viable pick
