Shyvana Needs A Rework

A melee champion with no cc being shoe horned into an AP build burst mage build is all kinds of wonky. Especially given that her E and R are the only abilities that scale with such a build. Her kit overall is pretty stale by today's standards. Her mobility is sort of a meme next to other champions as well who also don't have cc but can keep up to their enemies. Her Passive as is, is interesting, but it should really apply to other objectives as well in some way, or to the drake passives.

She's very R centered, which is fine, but her human form could use some retooling as well so she's not inert while ult is down.
