So riot says troll and false reports wont be counted against you right?

and according to lyte (a long time ago) you cant be punished for being "toxic" tword yourself (that case was really interesting)

and under the 1st amendment to the constitution you have freedom of speech meaning i cant be punished for "talking to much"

So lets see if I get chat and/or ranked restricted, I just got reported by a lee sin who claimed I talked to much (why he reported me) and that I was constantly harassing my team (when I wasnt) I tried to tell them we should surrender because I was unable to carry IE I CALLED MY SELF THE UNSKILLED ONE

so lets see how long it takes for this perfect automated system to punish me AGAIN and then I watch riot try and tell me Im toxic and tell me they cant give me chat logs because the tribunal is still in recess (meanwhile they go around and put it in the did you know section of loading screens that the tribunal is up and running and that we should try it out)

ANYWAYS

TLDR: ranting about a report I got for talking to much, go me warned for "offensive language" now in a day or two i know itll auto punish me and riot wont do anything to proove I actually deserve it (or in my case proove that I dont)

inb4 power hungry mods delete this

EDIT: if this doesnt get deleted this thread is to keep track of wether or not a troll/false report will actually effect me seeing as I just got a warning from it

Freedom of speech only protects you until you sign away the right to it in a legally binding agreement, such as the ToS or the EULA, you no longer have a right to your speech. It is owned, by Riot, once you type it on their forums or in their game, and the ToS says that quite clearly. If Riot so chooses to ban you, from a FTP game, because they want to for "arbitrary/not arbitrary" reasons, they can do so, because you gave them the right.

Also Might I point out its the system that is banning me? not riot themselves, its an automated system, that is flawed that theyve stated never will punish based on false reports (which If I get punished would be a lie)

also as a company riot would have to state in their EULA and TOS that they can ban you "just because" without giving you a reason, which if Im correct they dont have any mention of it, which is why they used to email you about punishments but they dont (for automated ones)

Riot develops the system. Riot tests the system. Riot owns the system. Ergo, Riot bans you. You're talking in hypotheticals. "Hypothetically, I'm going to get banned from this false report." Here, let me try one. "Hypothetically, tomorrow Jesus will descend from the clouds and give me a high-five." If you were actually banned, you'd have a platform to talk from. Currently, you're speaking from empty space, the empty space being the lack of anything having actually happened.

"RIOT GAMES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, AND WITH NO LIABILITY OF ANY KIND TO YOU."

Hey look an informative post, but no need to be an asshole about it? I said I thought that it wasnt in the EULA or TOS that they could do that, couldve simply just replied with the screenshot/copypaste

There is no specific rule against "talking to much" as long as it isnt spam, meaning I am allowed to type and say things as long and as much as I want as long as A: its not spam B: its not advertising a phishing scam or related thing C: its not toxic nor harassing my team D: It isnt anything illegal (such as threats/ jokes about threats/ terrorist things ect)

This would have saved me so much grief... to have an actual person look at my chat and see most of the games I got reported in, were false reports

that and its be nice to get it back when riot keeps putting it in the did you know that it works and bans people everyday yet we cant use it... and his word is "You talk to much so im reporting you because you never shut the fuck up and we lost cus of that" (or something to those lines) and im typing about how we should surrender because I cant handle the naut/kat/fio/mf pressure , and i cant defend until late game cus they kept diving us

This is generally in the correct forum because balance, includes balancing their systems and punishments as to avoid troll reports ect

if it was a bug itd be under report a bug,

this come into terms of balancing their system of automated punishments,

which in my opinion need an overhaul rework. the idea behind them is good but not good enough

one small example: the system is geared (literally) tword failure and negativity, it only looks at every bad thing youve ever done and/or every time youve been reported (ever since the system came out) and doesnt take into account the positive in other instances or honor, and it also doesnt take into account context (it CANT take out context because its automated, if you say "SHIT" after you die and you died 7 times and you say shit seven times in a game, and a teammate reports you for saying "FUCCCCCKKKKK YOUUU! AHHAHAHAH ANNNIEE" that you said in team chat after killing the enemy annie but your friendly annie mistakes it for being aimed at her, the automated system doesnt take into effect the context , it scans for key words like "shit" flags them and if theres alot of flagged words you get chat restricted or ranked restricted ect.

where as if you had a human look at it: 1- he/she would see the game, see you only said shit when you died, 2- would read the context that you said "fuuuuccck you anniee!!" in team chat not all chat (so it cant be offensive to the other annie as she cant see it) 3- notice that there is a friendly annie and understand that she mightve mistaken that for her (inno vote)

back in the days of the old tribunal I was one of the people who actually looked at a case, not just waited then insta voted...

I had 85% accuracy on cases and about 25% of cases I voted on were innocent verdicts, and I had over 2000+ cases I reviewed
