Rammus is not broken. He never was broken. If you're stupid enough to attack a Rammus you DESERVE to be punished.

Rammus should use an Energy Bar. Rammus' Q and W should be treated as stances, and shouldn't Q shouldn't be cancelled out by crowd control.
He's an armored shell. Can we treat him as such????

Because balance, because it is the highest MS increase in the game, with hard CC attached to it at that.

Rammus should use an Energy Bar.
A terrible idea for a champion that uses each ability once. He either has enough energy to QEWR(so he might as well have no resource at all) or he can't(and this will be really frustrating for Rammus players). Also, some of the good armor items have mana on them(
, 
, 
). Players would feel bad buying them on Rammus if he had no mana

As a Rammus main, I think that stuns and other hard CCs not being able to interrupt Powerball would be a huge buff that would likely require massive nerfs to keep his power budget in-line. Thematically, those make sense anyway. Silence stopping his Powerball feels off thematically, but it's livable. I absolutely would not want Rammus to have energy instead of mana. The very fact you are suggesting that makes me wonder if you have actually played any energy champs.
