Eve and rage blade

Rage blade stacks are only triggered by on-attack effects, also known as regular basic attacks (to keep it simple).

Evelynn's E applies on-hit effects, but not on-attack effects, and stacks from only applies from on-attack effects.

is an example of an on-attack effect. Champion abilities do not trigger the bolts from Runaan's, but their basic attacks do.
