I feel this would have been perfect fit for them as well since its like a heaven and hell type of thing

I would theorize that Morgana and Kayle are going to have an event when they are reworked in their duo rework and that Riot doesn't want to double up on them before they get their rework. It cuts hype for both the current event about the skins as well as would cut hype for a future event with their rework.

Unless I'm forgetting the lore, Morg isn't really evil, just doesn't agree with Kayle's side and blames her. Vengeance isn't Chaos.
im waiting for the volibear vs zilean event, or the thresh vs lucian. i hope this becomes an annual thing
