Her play rate isn't super high (maybe like 6%) and her win rate isn't even 50% (so over half the champs in this game are doing better than her). Meanwhile, Graves is left untouched.

Otherwise you wouldn't have months of champs like Darius and Kench stomping everyone in the LCS nor would you have garbage mids like Syndra and Akali stuck with 46% win rates for over a year.
