Here's Pyke's PBE notes:

Abilities:
Gift of the Drowned Ones (Passive) "If Pyke cannot be seen by enemies, he will rapidly regenerate [30 - 81%] of damage he has recently taken from champions, up to x. Pyke converts all his Bonus Health from any source into Attack Damage instead." Ghostwater Dive (W) Cost: 75 Mana Cooldown: 12/11.5/11/10.5/10 sec Range: 600 "Pyke enters Camouflage and gains 60/65/70/75/80% (+4% per 100 bonus AD) decaying movement speed for 5s. Stealth - Camouflage: Pyke is hidden from view while enemy champions remain outside his detection radius. Attacking or casting spells ends Camouflage."
Phantom Undertow (E) Cost: 50 Mana Cooldown: 15 sec Range: 550 "Pyke dashes, leaving a drowned phantom behind him. After a short delay the phantom returns to Pyke, dealing 95/130/165/200/235 (+80% Bonus AD) physical damage and stunning for 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5s."
Death From Below (R) Cost: 100 Mana Cooldown: 120/100/80 sec Range: 750 "Pyke strikes all enemy champions in an X, blinking to and executing targets below 185-620 (+140% Bonus AD) health. Enemies not executed instead take physical damage equal to the threshold. When an enemy champion dies in the X from any source, an assisting ally also gains full kill gold and Pyke may re-cast Death From Below again within 20 seconds. Ally gold granted: x" R's base damage scales with Pyke's Level (starting at 6) = 185/225/265/305/345/385/420/455/490/525/560/590/620 Gold granted to ally via an inventory item called "Your Cut".

Here's my response to when I read this:
Wow. According to the PBE, he's going to have access to up to 160 extra AD. On a Core AD/Armor build that can create a ~660 AD monster.....
He also has a HUGE Armor growth. 110 Armor at 18.
Q's cooldown is REALLY scary. on a CDR build the level 5 Bone Skewer is a whopping 4.4 second cooldown. That's near spammable, and the damage on it is HUGE. 275 + 60% AD? If he has 600 AD, that's 635 damage Kind of similar scaling to
's Q.....
Except it's a near spammable pull....
Ghostwater Dive is near spammable..... at 40% CDR. 5 sec duration with a 6 second cooldown.... He's going to be a better
once 40% CDR.
Looks like I was right on his stun being short on E. 15 Sec cooldown. That's gonna be the crux of his kit. He's going to be in Ghostwater Dive until it's up. 40% CDR..... 9 Second stun use that lasts 1.5 seconds..... Not to mention it can Dash through walls, and used as a** relatively spammable Flash....** Scary It's gonna be able to hit up to about 880-900 damage, so that's also scary.... (how many times can I say Scary?)
His R.... looks like the max damage is going to be .... 1544...... Wow. A 1544 Execute. Now...... when they say Execute..... that means like
? If so..... that's going to be stupidly broken. It's easy to get targets below 1544 HP...... In the case of an Adc that's a 2 skill kill.
**He also has 20 seconds after ANY R to kill another champ to reset it..... meaning he can literally W spam, chase target #2, kill them, etc. It means he's going to be more Ult ready than
if fed. And..... his move speed is in Camouflage. **
I know i'm using level 18 stats.... but that just stresses. He can 1v5 teams at level 18. You don't EVER want him to get to high levels.
I have a feeling he's going to be a higher ban rate than
given this insane agency. There's no way he's not headed for hasty nerfs.
Let's see..... Triumph can heal up to 296. per R too.
He's going to have a rough time as a Jungler, but I do see him going top..... since his early game cooldowns are prohibitive. His first clear would be VERY bad.
I'm guessing his insane scaling is a play on his support role, betting he'll struggle getting gold. But if he can manage an auto attack farm somewhere, rushes level 3 or so Q, he's gonna still be a strong lane/jung farmer. Just has to get there.
**Just think about it. His Ult is potentially a 75% HP Urgot Ult. That resets. for 20 Seconds. Which means he can chase down and kill another. for another 60-75% HP Urgot Ult.

And the risk is going to be very little. Because he's going to be in Camouflage 83% of the time, and has a smaller detection circle than
, and HIS Camouflage also offers 80+ 24.6% Move speed.
**His Kit is literally a better Evelynn.... with a Stun, with Dashes. With True Executes. With a Resettable ult. **
And..... how many champs who have this kind of Agency, have 2470 HP built in?
Where I'm getting his 660 AD:
His base max is going to be 94 AD.
If he builds
, it's a 40 + 28.57 AD item + 20% CDR (initially 69 AD).
If he builds
, it's 30 + 50 AD (80 AD item)
If he builds
, it's a 25+ 17. 85 AD item. (Initially)
If he builds
, it's a 14.28 AD item (initially)
If he builds
, it's an 80 AD item (initially)
and then 
That's an up front.... 380.13 AD.
It's also a build with 80% CDR. That's + 48 more AD on Transcendence.
If he has Gathering storm, he'll have a reliable ~ 4.8- 28.8 AD.
If he goes Sorcery/Precision (my bet on runes, since his HP thresholds fall short of a strong Resolve build, and his limitied ability to really shine on Domination compared to Precision's Triumph), he gains some 8.4 more AD.
Altogether, that's 465.33 AD.
And, ofc.... You could eventually sell the support item to get even MORE AD..... for example,,, the new
..... to put him on hyper skill resets for 8 seconds. 70 AD and 10% more CDR, or 82 AD item. Net gain 67.72 AD, or 533.05 AD total.
That's without Infernal Drakes or Barons or other champion buffs, at a 30 minute game. 660 AD is feasible in an Infernal Drake game..... in fact.... 3 Infernals would equal 660.982 AD (Oh Wow. I was right on!)
I cannot iterate enough: This is numbering based on end game stats. Realistically, he will probably only have one strength at a time..... either his Q being level 5, or his W being level 5 (E probably would be third Priority since the CDR doesn't change).
I can't think of a much better build than this, and tbh.... it's probably a build that's a bit excessive due to the gold values. But keep in mind: Pyke wil have unparalleled access to Support Gold, so it's probably not far off as an accurate assessment. Triumph and his spammable W will accelerate that. He might build some tankier items to throw up some more defense, but even on a tank build, we're still talking 450-500 AD in the same scenario. 350ish AD if it's PURE tank.

Point is..... he's going to have late game MAJORITY HP EXECUTES, be spammable, AND he has a high Armor base. I don't see how he's not going to be the most broken champ released this year, once he breaks out of his low level CDR goal posts.
